COVID-19: Further Update
Our business continuity plans coupled with our COVID 19 strategy means that despite the unrest it is business as usual at The John M Hayes Partnership. Our aim is to work with you in order to ensure that your billing continues. We appreciate the importance of a steady cashflow during these uncertain times.
You may have already engaged in discussions with your regional manager and outlined your business continuity plans, but if not please do get in contact with your regional manager to discuss the options available to you for sending and receiving files.
We would ask that you please consider the following before sending in files;
- Can your instructions/ files be sent electronically; we have extensive experience working from electronic files and can work with you or your IT team to make this possible. Most solicitors work from case management software that we can work from directly, we have experience with Proclaim, Tikit, Advanced ALB, Mattersphere, SOS, Peppermint, LEAP and more. Alternatively you will most likely be able to export a file from your case management software to send to us. Please contact your local regional manager to discuss your options, at which point they will be able to provide you with a template GDPR agreement and thereby speeding up the process.
- Please contact us prior to sending in physical files; we are continuing to receive files but in line with government guidance we are working from home where possible and therefore our office may not be staffed. We can arrange collections in order to ensure the files arrive at a time and place when the offices are staffed and therefore should you require a collection, please contact Helen Spears (helen.spears@johnmhayes.co.uk) or your regional office.
We wish you and your colleagues well and look forward to hearing from you.
