We want to update and reassure our clients regarding the measures we have put in place to ensure that we can continue to support you during these unprecedented times.
We have taken various steps to ensure that our offices remain open during this time and at present it is business as usual. However, we may be operating our offices at reduced staff levels across the country due to staff working from home where possible and self-isolating for 14 days should they show symptoms. Please note that due to us being one of the largest Costs Draftsmen firms in the country, working over 9 locations we have the advantage of being able to call upon a large number of Costs Draftsmen, thereby limiting the effect of illness on turnaround.
If you are planning on closing your office but have files that are concluded and require bills drawn, please do get in contact as soon as possible and we will arrange collection of your files.
We understand and appreciate how important our service is for cashflow at this potentially trying time. We would like to re-affirm our commitment to assist you in getting your bills processed in a timely fashion. As you will appreciate there may be occasions during this period when we will not be able to return your physical files as swiftly as we would normally do so but we will attempt to send documents electronically where possible and keep you updated should any issues arise.
We also appreciate that during this time, it may be necessary for matters to be dealt with on an urgent basis and therefore, please make us aware of this when providing instructions.
As the guidance from the government has changed we have implemented further measures and will continue to do so as matters change over the coming weeks.
