The John M Hayes Partnership offers a full costing service to all Solicitor firms. We welcome the opportunity to work with your case management software/ practice management system and offer dedicated teams who become an extension of your own preferred billing process. Our teams can directly bill cases from any case management system and you are cordially invited to get in touch to explore how we can assist.
What practice management systems do we work with?
We have extensive experience in utilising many different practice management systems to provide our costing services such as preparing bills of costs, costs budgets or even Points of Dispute.
We have not yet found software or systems that we could not utilise but examples of some of those we currently work with are:
- -Proclaim
- -SOS
- -Thomsons Reuters Elite
- -LEAP
- -AlphaLAW
- -Tikit
- -AdvicePRO
- -Mattersphere
- -Isokon
HOW ARE FILES ACCESSED?
This is a question that is frequently raised and has become even more prevalent following the implementation of GDPR. There are a number of ways we can access the files electronically and in a number of formats. This is where our experience of working with many firms and different software packages really gives us an edge over other Costs Draftsmen.
We can access files in many formats and via direct remote access, by way of secure/ encrypted file transfer or an encrypted storage device. Rest assured that whatever method we use, we always work within the remit of GDPR and security of your client’s data is of the utmost importance.
We have found that there is not a “one size fits all approach” but that the way we access and the format of files we utilise to provide our services should be tailored to each firm. This is due to each firm having their own methods of working and each case management software being adapted for each firm. We are flexible in our approach and with an emphasis on creating the best bespoke costing service we can offer to your firm.
