From 20 January 2020 the following proceedings commenced in the Senior Courts Costs office (SCCO) must comply with the new electronic workings of the Court;
All such proceedings will be electronically managed by the Court through CE File and all documents filed after the 20th of January 2020 will be stored by the Costs Office only on CE-File.
You must file such proceedings electronically to the Court file by logging on to https://:efile.cefile-app.com.

Please note that any Bills sent to the Court Costs Office other than through CE-File will not be filed and documents sent by post or DX will be returned unhandled.
Legal aid Bills of costs must be filed in PDF format via CE-File. Finally, correspondence with the Court and documents to be filed must not be sent by more than one medium.
