Our new online training course is designed for legal aid practitioners to highlight the things that you will need to think about when conducting your legal aid cases to help you to :
Claim for everything that you are entitled to
Ensure that you are not unnecessarily limiting your costs or carrying out work that you won’t be paid for
Avoid rejected claims
There are many different aspects to maximising your costs and achieving efficient billing and this process starts from the moment you obtain legal aid right up until final billing. The training is therefore broken down into several separate sessions and once you have purchased the course you will be able to log in as and when you want and go through the training videos at your own pace.
