Consultant Costs Draftsman
Mark joined John M Hayes in 2010. Mark attended Lancaster University where he gained an LLB (Hons) Degree. Mark practiced as a family and civil litigation solicitor for twenty years, 14 of those as a Partner, prior to becoming a Costs Draftsman.
Mark manages a varied workload to include drafting bills and claims in publicly funded matters, drafting inter partes bills and schedules, negotiating costs, criminal claims and POCA claims. In addition to his office based work Mark is also an experienced advocate.
In his leisure time, Mark enjoys golf, walking and sport (both playing and watching). He is a follower of Manchester United (and still is in spite of Mr Moyes) and enjoys socialising with family and friends.
