Costs Lawyer & Midlands Regional Manager
Donna joined John M Hayes in 2001 having attended Wolverhampton University where she achieved a LLB (Hons). She then went on to attain her LPC at the same university.
Her main caseload focuses on group travel litigation claims, where she often heads up a separate costs team in the office to get through what are often complex claims. Donna also has experience in drafting bills of costs in privately and publicly funded cases, preparing points of dispute and replies, negotiating costs and preparing high costs case plans.
Due to her experience Donna is one of the Birmingham office trainers, providing trainees with one-to-one training.
In her leisure time Donna enjoys arts and crafts, reading, cooking and travelling the globe.
