Charlotte joined John M Hayes in April 2015 having worked as a Legal officer at a Local Authority after studying at the University of Hull where she achieved an LLB (Hons) degree.
Charlotte currently undertakes varied work in all manner of legally aided funded cases and inter partes matters. Charlotte is proficient in the drafting of bills for assessment by the courts and preparing claims for costs for submission to the LAA. Charlotte has experience in dealing with public and private law cases, high cost cases and CCMS claims. She also regularly prepares costs budgets, inter partes bills of costs and undertakes negotiations throughout the detailed assessment process.
Outside of the office, Charlotte enjoys travelling, socialising with friends, walks with her dog and has a season ticket for West Bromwich Albion FC.
