- Statements of costs for summary assessment and estimates
- Points of dispute and replies
- A costs draftsman to attend detailed assessment hearings on behalf of your clients anywhere in the country
- Assistance in formulating offers and conducting settlement negotiations
- Community Legal Service claim forms for family, civil and criminal matters and
- Free telephone advice for clients on any legal costing matter
- Returned work within ten working days of instruction
Remember, our law costs draftsmen will return your papers together with an appropriate draft bill of costs, schedule/statement of costs, Claim 1, advice, replies or points of dispute within ten working days, or sooner if urgently required.
There are no hidden charges, for example: processing, collection or delivery, handling, administration.
