Matthew Soundy BSoc Sc
Matthew joined The John M Hayes Partnership in 1992, working initially in Birmingham and more recently, Amersham. He is a Fellow of the Association of Law Costs Draftsmen and has covered all aspects of law costs drafting. He has a particular interest in personal injury and clinical negligence claims. Matthew is also experienced in the preparation of high costs case plans. Recently, he has been involved in negotiations relating to First Assist Premium cases. He is also involved in the preparation of points of dispute, detailed replies and attending detailed assessment hearings, primarily at the SCCO.
Tony Green BSc (Hons)
Tony joined The John M Hayes Partnership in 1993 and has wide experience of law costs drafting, covering solicitor/client, publicly funded, CFA and privately funded cases. His areas of experience include private and public law Children Act, family law, personal injury, clinical negligence, professional negligence, immigration, employment law and judicial review in the Magistrates Court, County Court, High Court, Court of Appeal and House of Lords, preparation of points of dispute, replies , advice on settlement and attendance on detailed assessment hearings, both in the County Court and the SCCO.
